female > 5'3 > brown hair > brown eyes > brown graduate (hey! see what I did there?) > nonsmoker > methyphobic > lapsed Sorkin devotee > reader > (bad) writer > (even worse) singer > sci-fi nut > baseball fan > music lover > near constant daydreamer.

Where to start? After clinging as long as possible to academia, I finally joined the working world....but I continue to spend quite a bit of time in LJ-verse, talking my fannish pursuits and the like ^_~ There is very, very little real world content to this journal. I'm not one to write a lot about my personal life, because my life is incredibly boring. Also, I'm kinda private. Well, mostly. I'm not one to write a lot about politics, because it just pisses me off and lj is my happy place. I tend to curse, just, you know, for the record. Feel free to friend me and defriend me as you see fit, it honestly doesn't bother me. No offense is intended if I don't friend you back right away, or at all. I used to friend back automatically, and it ended up being more than I could handle.

I do f-list cuts now and again, because my list can get overwhelming. When I add journals, it's usually because I think we have interests in common worth talking about. But interests - at least mine - change over time. As a general rule, I'm most comfortable when my f-list is around 50 journals.

What else? Oh yeah. Don't bother graduating from college, people. Just stay! It doesn't look like it gets any better than cramming for finals in the Sci-Li/CIT with 200 other slackers hopped up on Dunkin Donuts coffee and mango coolattas.

You might belong in Hufflepuff,
Where they are just and loyal,
Those patient Hufflepuffs are true,
And unafraid of toil.
